As a member of the leadership team, he manages a group of four project managers, helps coordinate the company’s safety and licensing for field operations, and continues to lead Lockheed’s NACC Committee after serving in an integral role helping Lockheed earn initial NACC certification in 2023. Eric is a past item-writing participant for the AGMT Knowledge-Based Test (KBT), and he facilitated glazier testing at the Lockheed shop. Currently, 10 Lockheed Glaziers hold AGMT certification.
Eric participates in the Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts, Inc. Young Professionals Group. He and Lockheed’s president are members of a glazing peer group consisting of ten glazing companies that meet to discuss issues and trends in the industry on a biannual basis. Additionally, Eric is a 2026 candidate for Leadership Rhode Island, a year-long program that brings together professionals from across the state to share ideas through interactive workshops both to foster leadership skills and a shared commitment to shaping Rhode Island’s future. Outside of work, Eric plays soccer in a local league, enjoys jet skiing and other water sports, and likes to travel.
