What’s the AGMT mission?

To provide a means to validate that a glazing technician has the fundamental knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform work in a manner that will minimize defects and failures and will conform to customer requirements.

What are AGMT’s benefits?

AGMT adds value to individuals and project teams:

  • Differentiates best-of-the-best technicians and their companies.
  • Reduces subjective personnel criteria with independent, third-party validation.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality.
  • Elevates customer and supplier confidence.
  • Indicates a commitment to continuing education.
  • Provides a consistent competency benchmark for craftworkers across North America.

The AGMT program recognizes craftworkers who utilize industry best practices, giving peace of mind to building owners, design professionals, general contractors, and insurers.
