AGMT and NACC are administered by AMS, Inc. and sponsored by the Architectural Glass and Metal Certification Council (AGMCC).

The AGMT and NACC programs give peace of mind to building owners, design professionals, general contractors, and insurers. Both programs were developed by a balanced cross-section of glazing installers, glazing contractors, industry manufacturers and suppliers, architects, specification writers, consultants, and general contractors.
All aspects of the programs are managed and administered by Administrative Management Systems, Inc. (AMS), an independent third-party organization. The programs are sponsored and overseen by the Architectural Glass and Metal Certification Council (AGMCC), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit, public benefit organization.
