Dana Landis, PE, CBECxP

Dana specializes in building enclosure consulting and commissioning, façade assessments, hygrothermal analysis of façade systems, and peer review. She was named AGMCC board vice president in 2025.

She began her career with failure investigations and quickly fell in love with enclosures in general and glass and curtain wall in particular. As an engineer and associate with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associate, Inc. (WJE), Dana uses her knowledge of failure to inform her consulting and has worked on new and existing construction for commercial, institutional, healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical projects. She also gets involved with the installers, seeking their perspective and engagement to improve envelopes construction. Dana brings over 15 years of experience to her role as a board member and has been a vocal advocate for the value of certifications to all project stakeholders.

Dana is past president and current board member of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) Delaware Valley Chapter, current member of the Philadelphia Building Enclosure Council, and a past advisory council member of Philadelphia’s Architectural Glass Institute (now the Glass & Metal Alliance). She’s also a credentialed IIBEC Certified Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider (CBECxP) and an active volunteer and camp chaperone for Mentoring Young Women in Construction (MyWIC). Dana is married with three young sons. In her free time, she enjoys camping and hiking.
