Pat founded Synergy Glass & Door Service in 2012 after spending 16 years working as a union glazier. Committed to honesty, integrity, and doing right by his employees and customers, Pat has built Synergy into a prominent glazing company while becoming a leader in the local construction community. Synergy has held the NACC credential since 2016. Seeing how certification improved his company, Pat joined the board to make a difference to others in the industry.
Pat serves as Secretary of the Architectural Glass and Metal Association (AGMA), as a trustee on the Annuity Fund and the Glass and Metal Alliance, as a member of the Glazier Advisory and Foundation for Fair Contracting Committees and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and on the board of the Marple Civic Association. Pat and Synergy support numerous charities, including Cleaning for a Reason and Helen’s Angels, nonprofits that benefit cancer patients. In his free time, you’ll find Pat spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog. He enjoys playing golf and visiting the Jersey Shore.
