Kevin C. Rose

Kevin joined the AGMT program after retirement as a way to encourage standardization and support consistency across the industry.

After attending trade school for welding, Kevin followed his father into the glazing trade. He spent 32 years as a union glazier, 15 of those as a foreman. Throughout his career, Kevin had the opportunity to work for small, family-run businesses and large glazing companies, on both commercial and residential projects. He also served as a part-time apprentice instructor. Kevin admits he’s seen a lot of mistakes in the field – most of which were preventable. He became AGMT’s first proctor/examiner during the program’s beta testing phase and has contributed to program development and evolution ever since.

Kevin enjoys extending his AGMT travel to experience new places; he and his wife, who often joins him, jokingly call them “work-cations.” When he’s not on the road with AGMT, Kevin spends time with his grandchildren and enjoys doing residential remodeling and construction projects.
