Brian C. Risinger

A second-generation glazier, Brian grew up in the industry.

In 2017, he and his wife purchased Country Glass & Mirror from his parents, who founded the open shop glazing company in the 1980s. As Chief Operating Officer, Brian oversees operations and finances with a forward-thinking vision. He advocated for the pursuit of NACC certification in 2021 and has encouraged his glazing team to earn AGMT. Brian extends his endorsement of certifications to his Texas colleagues through his role as President of the Texas Glass Association board of directors. In that leadership role and via his AGMCC board position, Brian emphasizes the value of certifications beyond the glazing community to general contractors and architects, ultimately believing the industry will get better as certifications become more prevalent.

Brian has kept glazing in the family. His wife is Country Glass CEO, one of his two sons works as a project engineer, and his other son is a glazier. The family and company are active in their local church, supporting a prison ministry and the Sharing Life nonprofit that helps neighbors in need. In his free time, Brian likes to read, travel, and spend time at Cedar Creek Lake.
