The topic was presented to quality teams representing general contractors from across North America.
The annual Advancing Construction Quality (ACQ) Conference unites a diverse group of quality and operations leaders from general and specialty contractors, owners, and designers in order to advance cross-stakeholder collaboration and understand how the industry can tackle the ongoing battle against rework. The 2024 conference featured four tracks: quality program management, quality assurance best practices, quality control best practices, and project quality lessons learned. The event attracted over 500 attendees.
