Terry provides oversight of all certification activities and signs off as program administrator, literally putting his name on the line as a commitment to high standards and fairness. To ensure trust in the certifications remains paramount, Terry serves professionally on the National Fenestration Rating Council impartiality committee and other trade groups.
Terry is married with three elementary-school-aged sons. A native of Indiana, he spends his free time sharing his love of the outdoors with his kids – from building an elaborate backyard treehouse to teaching his oldest to hunt.
